One of my favorite things about working as a photographer is getting to know the people I photograph. This is great for me, since I get to meet so many fantastic people. But more importantly it's great for my clients, because they know that I will really take the time to get to know them and make sure to show their personalities and emotions during every photo session.
So to share some of the stories of the fabulous people I photograph I'm doing a Client feature section of the blog! And this week, I'm featuring the Georges!
Please meet Kelly, Andrew! I've had the opportunity to photograph this fun couple through several amazing life events and several years of their life! I love seeing them transition through these stages and I'd love to share their story with you here!
Andrew proposed to Kelly on April 14th, 2015 at Les Bourgeois Vineyards! It was a super sweet moment and he was able to really surprise her at this beautiful spot, with a beautiful ring, and of course she said YES!
It was so great to be able to witness their moment and capture it for them! A few months later, in June the couple decided it was time for their engagement photos! It was so fun working with them to pick out just the right spot for this session. After talking through all the things they really wanted we settled on Nifong Park! I love how in love this sweet couple is, because they were just the cutest at their engagement session!

They were so happy that day! In fact I'm always excited to see these two because they're always smiling when they are around each other.
In April 2016, a few months before their wedding, I was able to capture the fun times with Kelly and all her girls at her bridal shower! It was a sweet family affair with fun spring outfits and lots of love!
A year after their engagement photos ... came the rehearsal dinner and the WEDDING! Their special day was stunning. They chose the Columbia Country Club for their beautiful event. I loved all the little details that turned their day into an absolutely amazing day!
The rehearsal dinner was hosted at the country club the night before the wedding we were able to capture some of special moments of their preparations for the next day.
And then it was time to get ready to get married!

And then to get their formal photos on the golf course and time to PARTY!
I thought their whole day was just amazing. Every detail was gorgeous and the friends and families surrounding these two could not love them more!
And now that they're married, I've been lucky enough to be invited into their home for 2 more sessions to photograph their life in their first apartment together as a married couple! They showed off some hobbies, some hanging out time and ...

Kelly and Andrew have been so great to photograph throughout all these milestones! It's an honor and a pleasure to capture all these special memories for them during the epic, grand moments like proposals and weddings to the small every day events like drinking coffee on the couch and playing with their ridiculously adorable new puppy!
This is what I enjoy most about working with all my lovely clients, telling their stories! I hope to be there for many more special moments in Kelly & Andrew's lives, and to help them capture them and be able to look back on them for years to come!
